No lawyer–client relationship

Reading this website, or sending us an enquiry through it, does not create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship begins only once we have completed our identification and conflict checks and both of us have signed a written engagement setting out the scope of the work and the basis of our fees.

Enquiries and confidentiality

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive material through this website until we have confirmed in writing that we are able to act for you. Until then we cannot treat what you send as privileged, and we may already be acting for another party in the same matter. Information submitted through our forms is handled in line with our privacy notice.

Using this website

You are welcome to read, print and download material from this site for your own reference. You may not republish it, sell it, present it as your own, or use it to build a competing service. Our name, our marks and the design of this site belong to us and may not be used without our written permission. Our practice is licensed to provide advocacy and legal consultancy services in the United Arab Emirates. If any part of our service falls short, please write to info@alyazialaw.ae and we will look into it and come back to you.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
